At MeowBowl, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a free return and refund policy within 30 days of receiving your order.
30-Day Free Return & Refund
You may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item should be unused, clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging whenever possible.
We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit for your pet or home. Our team will review your request and provide clear instructions for the return process.
Eligible Return Conditions
Returns may be accepted for the following reasons:
The item arrived damaged or defective.
The wrong item was delivered.
The item does not match your order.
You changed your mind within the 30-day return window.
The product is unused and in resellable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns for items that have been heavily used, damaged after delivery, altered, washed, or returned with missing parts or packaging. Items with visible food residue, pet hair, stains, or strong odors may not qualify for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@meowbowl.store within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once we review the information, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return instructions.
Return Shipping
MeowBowl offers free returns within 30 days. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to complete the return. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.
Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that depending on your bank, card provider, or payment service, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@meowbowl.store. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once an order has already shipped, it may need to be handled as a return.
